A Visit from the Os

Mommy-O and Daddy-O came for a quick visit Wednesday. They came bearing gifts- the most awesome stick horses ever -and hung out with the kids. Kris came home early and we had ribs, corn, and potato salad for lunch. After much "horsing around" and an art show, we headed out for dinner at Buca di Beppo. Klif came along and we had a great dinner with spaghetti, lasagna, and baked ravioli. So good! Once the kids were tucked in, the Os went back to Kilf and Jordan's for the night.

Thursday night we met up again and included Jordan's family at the Mellow Mushroom. The kids split a Hawaiian pizza with Jessica. Jacob's favorite part was sitting with Uncle Klif and declared, "Klif is so funny that no one laughs at his jokes." Ella's favorite part was playing with baby Lily. Afterwards we all went next door to the Baskin Robbins for ice cream. Ella had strawberry shortcake and Jacob had chocolate-chocolate chip. A good time was had by all.
